What are the transport options to the ICC Sydney?
BY CAR/TAXI
The ICC is 25-minute drive from Sydney Kingsford-Smith Airport. The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of Aware Super Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.
PARKING
ICC Sydney has two car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre, comprising a total of 826 car spaces. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and Wilson Darling Square Car Park.
BY TRAIN
Airport Link Trains are available between Sydney Airport and Central Station, approximately every 10 minutes. To use this service, you will need to purchase an Opal Card from the station. From Central Station transfer onto the light rail – L1 line and stop at Convention Centre light rail station.
BY BUS
ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
Is there parking at the ICC Sydney?

Luggage storage
The ICC Sydney will be allowing guests to store their luggage located at concierge on Ground Floor subject to availability.
Otherwise if you are staying at the Sofitel Darling Harbour it is recommended you leave your bags with their concierge.
Where is the dinner venue?
This year the dinner venue is at the same location as the conference venue, The ICC Sydney. So, please make your way to room Parkside 1 at the ICC on Level 2 for the dinner on Thursday 26th August.

Payment terms and cancellation fees
As a Member, your conference registration and dinner costs are covered by the Mutual. However, if cancellation notice is not received by Monday 16th August 2021, or you do not show up, you will be invoiced the full amount of $550 (inc GST) for the 2 day conference and $180 (inc GST) for the dinner.
Can I register if I am not part of a Member Council?
You sure can! You can fill out the Public Registration Form here. An invoice will be sent to you following your registration.
Can I give my registration spot to a colleague if I can no longer attend?
Yes you can. Please email events@statewidemutual.com.au with the following details of the replacement person by Tuesday 17th August:
- Full Name
- Title
- Council
- Phone number
- Dietary needs
- Whether they are attending dinner
Registration
The closing date for registration is Monday 16th of August however, if Members register after this date, we ask that you please email events@statewidemutual.com.au as soon as possible to secure a spot.
